GeoAir acquires a new LiDAR ALS60

LiDAR flights GeoAir has made since 2005. Many of these projects have been supplemented with thousands of images from digital medium format cameras. During these years we have operated various types of LiDAR as Riegl, Optech or Leica. In addition to the flights in Mexico, we have also operated in Nicaragua, Panama, Guatemala and Guyana. In 2012 we bought our own LiDAR, a Leica ALS60 who immediately got his first projects in Germany and Poland. The Leica ALS60 LiDAR is one of the most powerful systems on the market with a frequency of 200 kHz. With this equipment we can fly up to a maximum altitude of 6,000 m on the ground, which makes it an extremely interesting for large area projects team. With our new aircraft with double hole for airborne sensors, we can now fly our Leica ALS60 simultaneously along with a large format digital camera as a Microsoft / Vexcel UltraCam Xp and UltraCam Eagle.
